Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our Preparation and Conveyance Activities group, where you'll play a critical role in driving strategic initiatives that shape our future and drive our short-term business objectives. As a Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for building a deep understanding of costing and resourcing data connected with our internal groups and functional partners, supporting the coordination of high-speed projects that normalize and advance financial cycles across the organization, and working with various data systems to deliver ad-hoc analysis and reports to support business needs, research, and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

* Build a deep understanding of costing and resourcing data connected with our internal groups and functional partners

• Support the coordination of high-speed projects that normalize and advance financial cycles across the organization
• Support internal business work processes, such as administration costing, labor force management, and asset planning
• Work with various data systems and deliver ad-hoc analysis and reports to support business needs, research, and decision-making
• Archive work processes connected with key cycles, data collection and maintenance, including tracking significant decisions and changes
• Work with Data Architects and system designers to support documentation and execution of data set plans
• Build vital dynamic structures and compose scripts that help us automate and expand
• Gifted in refining insights from data and combining and making convincing storytelling for leader audiences
• Support Planning and Conveyance Activities with impromptu demands from our partners

Essential Capabilities

* 3+ years of experience in informatics, data analysis, data design, or technical fields

• Four-year college education in a technical field (Information Science, Statistics, Business Finance/Accounting, Informatics, Software Engineering)
• Experience working with data and data control software like R, SQL, Python; building dashboards using tools like Tableau, Looker, Airtable, Smartsheet
• Understanding of social data set plan and capability
• Solid math and analytical skills
• You are an exhibited self-starter and you give solid critical thinking, unwavering discernment, and conveying, and excellent direction
• Successful collaboration and time usage abilities
• You carry areas of strength for a to detail, with a capacity to make a stride back and grasp the master plan
• You have astounding written and oral communication skills
• A showed capacity to work with design delivery groups to examine technical ideas
• Experience with Success, Smartsheet, or potentially AirTable

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with data visualization tools like Power BI, D3.js, or Matplotlib

• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms like Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Experience with data governance and data quality frameworks
• Strong understanding of business process improvement methodologies like Six Sigma or Lean
• Experience working with agile development methodologies like Scrum or Kanban
