About the Role As a Virtual & Simulation Testing Quality Assurance Engineer, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing virtual platforms to test and verify solutions through simulations and emulations with a high degree of fidelity. You'll partner with Product Teams, QA Manual Testing and Requirements Team, and internal Customers to ensure new Solutions meet their requirements. Your primary focus will be on driving high-quality product delivery, synchronizing virtual and physical tests, and ensuring new Solutions meet the needs of our internal Customers. Key Responsibilities * Develop, implement, and simulate virtual platforms to validate end-to-end solutions with real-life software * Virtually ensure that products meet required specifications for quality, function, operation, reliability, maintenance, training & learning, deployment, process- and MHE- integration, service and support prior to delivery * Identify and set appropriate quality standards and parameters for products * Communicate quality standards and parameters to the product team, including hardware, software, controls, and materials development teams * Coordinate simulations and testing processes * Identify and analyze issues, bugs, defects, and other problems, particularly when problems recur in multiple products; recommend and facilitate solutions to these issues * Connect with internal customers (Operations, RME, ACES, PE, OpsEng, WWDE, etc.), review client, customer, and user feedback * Maintain compliance with federal, state, local, and organizational laws, regulations, guidelines, and policies Essential Qualifications * Bachelor's degree (BS) * 5+ years proven experience working with large cross-functional engineering teams with modelling, simulation, testing, integration, and/or quality assurance domain expertise * Proven experience in fulfillment systems with storage equipment, material handling systems, automated sortation system, and related automation equipment * Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to travel up to 70% to business locations and project sites Preferred Qualifications * Experience with complex automated material handling equipment, packaging technologies, and systems including robotics, and high-speed manufacturing * Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members, operations, and management * Project managing skills to start projects and finish projects successfully About arenaflex arenaflex is a dynamic and inclusive workplace that values diversity and promotes equal opportunities for all.
