Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative - Medicare, you'll be responsible for handling claims, benefits, enrollment, member portal, ID cards, and other customer inquiries. You'll work closely with customers to resolve problems, provide solutions, and ensure that their needs are met. This is a 5-star service that we're committed to upholding, and we're looking for individuals who share our passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound calls from customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding their claims, benefits, enrollment, and other related matters
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their expectations
- Utilize multiple systems to navigate and resolve customer issues efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update relevant systems as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional service
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction
Essential Qualifications
* Call Center Customer Service experience with a focus on inbound calls (no telesales)
- Excellent Customer Focused competencies, with a strong service-oriented mindset and excellent customer service skills
- Empathy and strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand and respond to customer needs
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate complex messages over the phone
- Ability to navigate through multiple systems at a time, with a focus on efficiency and accuracy
- ALL candidates must score a 80% or above on eSkills test
Preferred Qualifications
* High School Diploma or GED with 2+ years of customer service experience/call center experience
- Healthcare industry experience, with a focus on Medicare or related areas
- Previous Medicare experience, with a strong understanding of related policies and procedures
- Call Center Customer Service experience (inbound calls), with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Medical background, with a focus on healthcare-related knowledge and skills
