Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our data analytics team, you'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining large-scale data systems, as well as providing data entry support to our customers. Key Responsibilities:

* Recognize potential solutions to address business issues through analytics, large data analytics, and automation.

• Develop and maintain business cases and proposals, as well as communicate project actions and tasks assigned.
• Analyze source system data to determine data relationships, schema development, consistency, and quality, and integrate data into existing actual data models.
• Define social tables, primary and foreign keys, and stored procedures to create a data model design.
• Demonstrate expertise and apply it to the development, execution, and improvement of project plans by providing expert guidance and direction to others in the use of data and best practices; supporting and aligning efforts to meet customer and business needs.
• Provide data arrangements that are accurate, reliable, and easy to access for end-users.
• Maintain data quality and data integrity of the data in association with data engineers and platform leads.
• Provide precise effort estimates and delivery plans for projects and initiatives, and claim and support projects from start to finish.
• Proactively communicate status, issues, and risks to management.
• Collaborate and work with teams across the organization to understand their needs in analytics and create dashboards and reporting to support business capabilities.
• Create processes, best practices, execute projects, and ensure business needs are being met. Investigate business and production issues.
• Willingness and ability to learn and apply new technologies rapidly.

What You'll Bring:

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in software engineering or any engineering discipline, mathematics, information systems.

• 5+ years of active experience working with large, complex, and diverse datasets in enterprise-scale data warehousing, or data engineering environments.
• 5 years of experience in designing, implementing ETL/ELT pipelines to deliver data with quality. Required experience with Python or similar technologies.
• Experience with modeling tools like ERWIN, Visio.
• 5+ years of experience working with social SQL and NoSQL databases, Hadoop, Google BigQuery, DataPlex, Amazon Redshift, Hive, etc.
• Experience with reporting tools like Tableau or Looker is required.
• Experience with workflow tools like Airflow, Digdag is required.
• Experience with CI/CD cycles and tools like Jenkins and GitLab.
• Experience working with JIRA, Confluence, GIT, and workflow management tools.
• Experience working with cloud-based technologies and Big Data systems.
• Strong understanding of metadata management, data lineage, and data quality using tools like Collibra.
• Someone with marketing data is liked.
• Openness to data-driven patterns, machine learning, and data science is liked.
• Experience with building logical solutions relevant to Sales, Finance, Product, and Marketing business units.
• Experience implementing functional standard procedures, such as monitoring, alerting, approval, and exemption handling.
• Ability to combine data into meaningful insights and commitment to creating, executing, and documenting business, technical processes.
• Experience performing root cause analysis on internal and external data and cycles to address specific business questions and identify opportunities for growth.
• Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams and influencing them with solutions in a dynamic environment.
