Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Promptly and effectively managing all incoming calls: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Conducting research to provide effective solutions: Gather information to address customer concerns and provide accurate solutions
  • Documenting all calls accurately: Record customer interactions and feedback to ensure quality and consistency
  • Communicating professionally, empathetically, and diplomatically: Engage with customers in a clear, concise, and respectful manner
  • Striving to achieve daily team quality and customer satisfaction goals: Meet or exceed performance targets and contribute to a positive team environment

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

  • 18 years of age or older: Ensure you meet the minimum age requirement for this position
  • High School Diploma or equivalent: Demonstrate your educational background and commitment to learning
  • Minimum of 1 year in a single job, preferably in a call center customer service environment: Showcase your experience and skills in a similar role
  • Reliable attendance with no missed time in the first 90 days: Meet attendance and scheduling requirements, ensuring a consistent and reliable presence
  • Ability to type 25 wpm: Meet the minimum typing requirement for this role
  • Strong oral and written communication skills: Engage with customers and colleagues in a clear, concise, and respectful manner
  • Comfort with desktop computer systems: Familiarize yourself with our systems and software to provide seamless customer experiences
  • Hardwired internet connection with speeds greater than 5MB upload and 10MB download: Ensure a stable and reliable internet connection for remote work
  • Secure, private work area at home: Create a dedicated workspace that meets our requirements
  • Flexible schedule availability (Monday-Saturday): Meet scheduling requirements and adapt to changing circumstances
