Job Summary

As a Guest Relation Officer / Live Chat Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, serving as a liaison between our team and our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to address client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about our properties and services in a timely and friendly manner. You'll play a key role in fostering positive relationships with our guests, enhancing their overall satisfaction, and promoting our brand.

Responsibilities

* Manage incoming guest inquiries via live chat and provide prompt, accurate responses.

  • Assist guests with reservations, property inquiries, and other service-related questions.
  • Resolve client complaints or issues by following up and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a detailed knowledge of our properties, services, and promotions to provide informed assistance.
  • Document interactions and follow up on unresolved inquiries to enhance customer experience.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and identify trends in guest feedback.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

* Proven experience in customer service or guest relations, preferably in the real estate or hospitality industry.

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with live chat software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting, managing time effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • High school diploma; a degree in hospitality or a related field is a plus.

* Experience with arenaflex's CRM system or similar platforms.

  • Knowledge of the real estate industry and current market trends.
  • Certification in customer service or a related field.
  • Fluency in multiple languages.
