Job Summary

We're seeking experienced customer service representatives to join our team of overnight, weekend, and holiday lost/stolen customer service agents. As a customer service representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring that our clients' needs are met. This is a 100% remote position, and you'll have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home.

Key Responsibilities

As a customer service representative with arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving customer complaints in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Resolving customer disputes and filing disputes for customers who suspect fraud on their accounts
  • Maintaining an empathetic and professional tone throughout all calls, even in high-pressure situations
  • Working independently and as part of a team to achieve our goals and objectives
  • Utilizing technology to resolve customer issues and improve the customer experience
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge

Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required, Associates Degree preferred
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Background check required
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to use WIRED High-Speed Internet Connection with a minimum of 50 Mbps (No Wifi)
  • Android (OS 11.0 or higher) or iPhone (iOS 15 or higher) Smartphone
  • Either Smartphone or Land Line Phone used for remote queue connection
  • Ability to problem solve and think critically

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • 3+ years of customer service experience
  • Experience working in a remote call center environment
  • Experience working with customers who are experiencing financial difficulties or who are victims of identity theft
  • Experience working with technology to resolve customer issues and improve the customer experience

Training and Development

arenaflex is committed to providing our employees with ongoing training and development opportunities. As a customer service representative, you'll participate in virtual classroom training, which will cover topics such as:

  • Customer service skills and techniques
  • Conflict resolution and negotiation
  • Technology and tools used in the customer service industry
  • arenaflex policies and procedures

Scheduling

As a customer service representative with arenaflex, you'll be required to work a variety of shifts, including:

  • Evening shift
  • Holidays
  • Night shift
  • Weekend availability

We offer three full-time scheduling options and two part-time scheduling options. These options include:

  • Full-time scheduling options:

+ Saturday: 5P-2P + Sunday: 5P-2A + Monday: Off + Tuesday: Off + Wednesday: 9P-6A + Thursday: 9P-6A + Friday: Off

  • Part-time scheduling options:

+ Saturday: 5P-2P + Sunday: 5P-2A + Monday: Off + Tuesday: Off + Wednesday: 9P-6A + Thursday: 9P-6A
