Job Summary
We're seeking experienced customer service representatives to join our team of overnight, weekend, and holiday lost/stolen customer service agents. As a customer service representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring that our clients' needs are met. This is a 100% remote position, and you'll have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home.
Key Responsibilities
As a customer service representative with arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving customer complaints in a professional and empathetic manner
- Resolving customer disputes and filing disputes for customers who suspect fraud on their accounts
- Maintaining an empathetic and professional tone throughout all calls, even in high-pressure situations
- Working independently and as part of a team to achieve our goals and objectives
- Utilizing technology to resolve customer issues and improve the customer experience
- Participating in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge
Requirements
To be considered for this position, you must meet the following requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required, Associates Degree preferred
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Background check required
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to use WIRED High-Speed Internet Connection with a minimum of 50 Mbps (No Wifi)
- Android (OS 11.0 or higher) or iPhone (iOS 15 or higher) Smartphone
- Either Smartphone or Land Line Phone used for remote queue connection
- Ability to problem solve and think critically
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
- 3+ years of customer service experience
- Experience working in a remote call center environment
- Experience working with customers who are experiencing financial difficulties or who are victims of identity theft
- Experience working with technology to resolve customer issues and improve the customer experience
Training and Development

Scheduling
As a customer service representative with arenaflex, you'll be required to work a variety of shifts, including:
- Evening shift
- Holidays
- Night shift
- Weekend availability
We offer three full-time scheduling options and two part-time scheduling options. These options include:
- Full-time scheduling options:
+ Saturday: 5P-2P + Sunday: 5P-2A + Monday: Off + Tuesday: Off + Wednesday: 9P-6A + Thursday: 9P-6A + Friday: Off
- Part-time scheduling options:
