Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to join our Trust and Security team as the Senior Director, Global Head, Adversarial Abuse/Analytics. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving arenaflex's efforts to prevent and mitigate adversarial abuse, including account takeovers, spam, and other forms of malicious behavior. You will lead a global team of experts in developing and implementing strategies to detect and prevent abuse, while also providing critical insights and recommendations to inform arenaflex's product development and business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the Adversarial Abuse team in identifying and eliminating malicious actors attempting to compromise user accounts, spread spam, and engage in other forms of abuse

• Collaborate with the Business Intelligence team to develop and implement strategies to detect and prevent abuse, using data-driven insights and machine learning models
• Work closely with the Product Development team to design and implement new features and tools to prevent and mitigate abuse
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across arenaflex, including Product, Engineering, and Business teams
• Provide critical insights and recommendations to inform arenaflex's product development and business decisions
• Manage and develop a high-performing team of experts in adversarial abuse and analytics
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the field of adversarial abuse and analytics, and apply this knowledge to drive arenaflex's efforts to prevent and mitigate abuse

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, mathematics, statistics)

• 4+ years of experience in a related field, including at least 2 years of experience in a leadership role
• Proven track record of success in developing and implementing strategies to prevent and mitigate adversarial abuse
• Strong expertise in data analysis and machine learning, with experience in developing and implementing data-driven solutions to complex problems
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Strong business acumen, with experience in developing and implementing business strategies to drive growth and revenue
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* Postgraduate education in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, mathematics, statistics)

• Experience working with large datasets and machine learning models
• Experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of success in developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and revenue
• Strong expertise in SQL, R, and/or Matlab
• Experience working in a global team, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across different time zones and cultures
