Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Learning Specialist, you'll be responsible for leading and supporting a team of up to 30 Customer Support Associates, providing exceptional training experiences, and driving business performance. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Learning Delivery: Design, develop, and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our Customer Support Associates, including self-directed, instructor-led, virtual, and experiential learning experiences.
- Coaching and Development: Provide coaching and development opportunities to our Customer Support Associates, helping them to achieve their full potential and excel in their roles.
- Performance Management: Manage live performance metrics and oversee their results for the assigned territory and region, ensuring that our Customer Support Associates are meeting or exceeding performance targets.
- Data Analysis: Analyze data and metrics to identify training and coaching needs, and use this information to inform our training programs and initiatives.
- Partnerships: Partner with operational stakeholders to ensure that our Learning Experience team is aligned with business objectives and priorities.
- Quality and Learning Metrics: Drive quality and learning metrics, ensuring that our training programs are effective and meeting business needs.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including Customer Support Associates, operational teams, and senior leaders, to ensure that our training programs are meeting business objectives.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
2+ years of experience
in training delivery roles, with a focus on adult learning, content design, and facilitation.
1 year of experience
in Customer Service or customer service-related work experience, with a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations.
Proficient computer skills
, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel), and instructional software.
Highly accurate and fluent
in Japanese and English, with strong written and spoken communication skills.
Flexible work arrangements
