Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, providing exceptional support to our members through inbound and outbound calls. You'll be responsible for advising members on benefits, responding to consumer inquiries and issues, and providing education on previously submitted documents and requests. Responsibilities
* Handle inbound and outbound calls to advise members on benefits and respond to consumer inquiries and issues
- Provide education and status on previously submitted documents and requests
- Meet performance goals established for the position in areas of efficiency, call quality, customer satisfaction, first call resolution, and attendance
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to members
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
- Meet productivity and quality standards, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements
* Empathetic and excellent listening skills
- 1 year of customer service experience with the same company (call center experience is a plus)
- Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to clear background check
- Previous sales or benefits experience is ideal
- Bilingual in Spanish/English (pay rate: $18/hour)
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in a call center environment
- Knowledge of benefits and insurance products
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Proficiency in CRM software and other technology tools
