Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Associate with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for a range of tasks that will challenge your skills and keep you engaged. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing, compiling, and sorting documents for data entry
  • Checking source documents for accuracy and verifying data
  • Correcting data where necessary and obtaining further information for incomplete documents
  • Updating data and deleting unnecessary files
  • Combining and rearranging data from source documents where required
  • Entering data from source documents into prescribed computer databases, files, and forms
  • Transcribing information into required electronic formats
  • Scanning documents into document management systems or databases
  • Checking completed work for accuracy and storing completed documents in designated locations
  • Maintaining logbooks or records of activities and tasks
  • Responding to requests for information and accessing relevant files
  • Printing information when required
  • Complying with data integrity and security policies
  • Maintaining own office equipment and stationery supplies

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a range of skills, knowledge, and expertise. Some of the key requirements include:

  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Organizational abilities and attention to detail
