Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Patient Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional patient care and support, addressing their concerns, and ensuring their needs are met
- Assisting patients with loan applications and navigating the process with ease
- Ordering testing and scheduling appointments with health coaches
- Conducting phone calls and Zoom meetings with patients, addressing their queries, and providing guidance
- Managing text messages and voicemails, responding promptly to patient inquiries
- Selling and ordering supplements, ensuring timely delivery and follow-up
- Scheduling appointments, rescheduling, and coordinating with health coaches
- Performing administrative tasks, including filling out forms and maintaining accurate records
- Supporting health coaching, scheduling, and rescheduling, ensuring seamless patient care
