Your Impact
As a Manager, Customer Insights Retail Media Network at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in helping our clients achieve their business goals through data-driven insights and strategic recommendations. You will engage directly with our clients to review their media investments, identify areas for optimization and growth, and develop test and learn plans to drive business results. You will also work closely with our sales and account management teams to formulate media strategies that drive business growth at arenaflex.
What You Will Do
* Create annual strategic learning plans for business(es) supported, aligning with arenaflex's overall business objectives
- Lead Quarterly Business Review Process with our top clients, providing data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to drive business growth
- Serve as the subject matter expert for media performance reporting, providing insights and recommendations to internal partners and external clients and agencies
- Synthesize disparate data from multiple sources into strategic recommendations for future media investments, regularly delivering these recommendations to internal leadership and external vendor-partners
- Oversee the development and codification of best practices in media performance evaluation, data visualization, standardized reporting, and insights
- Tell data stories that support other key deliverables, such as sales pitches and case studies
- Oversee omnichannel advertising efforts, aggregating all sources of insights to support other client-facing teams
- Partner with Product and Ad Tech teams to provide input on reporting capabilities based on client feedback
- Integrate knowledge across the Customer Insights & Analytics team to bring relevant insights to arenaflex's LMN Insights team and the whole of the arenaflex retail media business
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Statistics, Econometrics, Information Sciences, or Applied Quantitative
- 5 years of experience in insights and analytics, with 3-5 years of experience in retail media or general media analytics
- Experience in analytical, decision-making, and project management
- Experience storytelling with data and presenting data stories in a compelling and easy-to-understand way
- Experience with A/B testing
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools (e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Experience with tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Sequel, or similar tools
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's Degree in a related field (e.g. Master's in Market Research, Behavioral Psychology, MBA)
- Experience leading teams and driving business impact
- Experience managing global teams
- Experience working in a retail environment
- Experience working with analytic/research software (e.g. SPSS, Wincross, Sawtooth, SAS, Decipher, Qualtrics, etc.)

Compensation and Benefits
arenaflex offers a competitive salary range of $95,500.00 - $159,200.00 annually, with a starting rate of pay that may vary based on factors including position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. arenaflex also offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
