Job Summary
As a Customer Service Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to arenaflex customers through various channels, including telephone and virtual interactions. You will work in our state-of-the-art contact center, collaborating with a talented team of professionals who share your passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. Key Responsibilities
* Assist customers with questions and concerns on all arenaflex products and services
- Handle telephone and virtual customer contacts with professionalism and empathy
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer impacting issues in a timely and effective manner
- Engage with internal support teams to resolve complex issues
- Maintain proficiency in billing, rate plans, and feature matters
- Identify and track issues to assist in root cause elimination
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Essential Qualifications
* At least one year of customer service experience
- Call Center experience preferred
- Advanced typing/keyboarding skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment
- Proficiency in using various systems and tools to assist customers
- Must be 18 years or older
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in the telecommunications industry
- Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
- Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
Education Requirements
* High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience Requirements
* At least one year of relevant customer service experience
- Previous Call Center experience is preferred
