Key Responsibilities
As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:
- Communicating with customers directly in-person, via phone, and via email to ensure their packages are delivered on time and as promised
- Empathizing with and prioritizing customer needs to provide exceptional support and resolution
- Upholding company values and respecting every customer interaction
- Resolving issues and setting appropriate expectations with customers to ensure a positive experience
- Clearly understanding and responding appropriately to customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Consistently composing grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written responses to customer issues
- Approaching problems logically and with good judgment to ensure the best possible customer outcome
- Making quick and effective decisions on behalf of the customer to ensure their needs are met
Requirements
* High School or equivalent diploma
- Previous experience in Customer Service, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to effectively prioritize work time to ensure efficiency and meet customer needs
- Experience with Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Outlook
- Familiarity with multiple web browsers, database searching, and instant messenger tools
A Day in the Life
As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, you'll be based at one of our last-mile delivery warehouses, where Amazon's leading logistics system operates. You'll be in contact with our warehouse, associates, delivery partners, and customers when they need guidance. Whether it's rescheduling a delivery or resolving a delivery issue, you'll be working to ensure our customers receive their packages on time and with a smile.

Work Environment
As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, you'll be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You'll be based at one of our last-mile delivery warehouses, where you'll be in contact with our warehouse, associates, delivery partners, and customers. The work environment is varied, with noise levels and temperatures that may fluctuate. However, we provide hearing protection and ensure a safe and comfortable working environment.

* Carry, lift, push, and pull up to 49 pounds
- Frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
- Stand and walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours
- Work in an environment where the noise level varies and can be loud
- Work in an environment where the temperature may vary due to outside weather conditions and is not controlled
