Job Summary

As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our brand, interacting with customers, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

• Register sales on assigned sales register, collect cash, and circulate change as needed; process voids, returns, postponements, discounts, and trades as required
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including counters, shelves, and stockrooms
• Develop and maintain displays, including seasonal, promotional, and special displays
• Assist with the separation of food items (e.g., raw foods from pre-cooked) and product placement as determined by strategies/systems
• Provide customer assistance in the photo area, including digital ID photo services, banner print, and creative machine
• Take on web pickup responsibilities (screens orders in Picture Care, handles requests (pick items), and delivers requests to customers as they arrive at the store)
• Assist with external and internal support by ensuring a clean, neat, and deliberate store condition and appearance
• Conform to all company policies and procedures; maintain respectful relationships with colleagues
• Complete unique tasks and other assignments as delegated

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekend hours
• Basic knowledge of store systems and equipment
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a retail environment

• Previous experience with arenaflex
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
