Essential Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Inbound/Outbound Calls: Provide exceptional customer service through phone calls, ensuring that customers receive accurate and timely information.
- Application Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter customer data into our system, ensuring seamless enrollment experiences.
- Online Chat Inquiries: Respond to online chat inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing solutions to customer concerns.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support to customers, troubleshooting issues and resolving problems.
- Application Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter customer data into our system, ensuring seamless enrollment experiences.
- Interpret and Follow Defined Procedures and Policies: Adhere to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Creative Problem-Solving Skills: Utilize your creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues and concerns.

Qualifications
To succeed as a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:
- Moderate to Advanced Computer Skills: Proficiency in using computers, software applications, and technology platforms.

Preferred Experience
While not required, previous experience in customer support or technical support roles, as well as experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act, is highly desirable. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, as well as Spanish bilingual skills, are also a plus.
