Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Live Chat Customer Support Specialist to join our remote team. Key Responsibilities

* Provide timely and efficient customer service through online chat on our website and social media channels

  • Answer customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide helpful resources and information
  • Offer promotional discounts and upsell/cross-sell opportunities to drive sales
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Continuously improve customer satisfaction and loyalty through proactive communication and issue resolution
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of customer-facing experience in a call center, retail, or hospitality environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customer bases
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a focus on customer-centric solutions
  • Proficiency in using technology, including social media and website chat functions
  • Reliable internet connection and a device able to access our systems (phone, tablet, or laptop)
  • Availability to work a minimum of 5 hours per week, with flexibility to work up to 40 hours per week

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a live chat or customer support environment

  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products or services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
