Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service/Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Conducting inbound calls and responding to inquiries via email or other communication channels, providing timely and accurate information to our customers
  • Scheduling virtual appointments with customers via Zoom, ensuring seamless communication and a personalized experience
  • Customizing new benefit plans and adjusting existing plans to fit the current needs of each client, demonstrating a deep understanding of our products and services
  • Educating customers on the features and benefits of our products, highlighting the value proposition and addressing any questions or concerns
  • Performing reviews for existing clients, as well as helping with any necessary claims or adjustments, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Addressing any questions or concerns potential customers may have, providing attentive customer service and administrative support in response to members' needs
  • Collaborating closely with other team members to ensure a seamless sales experience for customers, fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration
  • Maintaining accurate records of all sales interactions in our CRM system, ensuring data integrity and compliance

Essential Qualifications
