Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional support via phone, email, and online for billing, insurance verification, product, and service inquiries.
  • Managing both inbound and outbound calls, proactively identifying solutions to anticipated customer questions.
  • Taking ownership of customer issues from start to finish, collaborating with pharmacists and pharmacy staff when necessary.
  • Delivering top-tier service in a fast-paced environment, addressing customer insurance and copay inquiries.
  • Offering technical support for navigating pharmacy.amazon.com.
  • Ensuring timely service to enhance customer relationships, seeing every interaction as an opportunity to build lasting connections.
  • Promoting customer safety and adherence to the company's Work From Home policy.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent (must be 18 years or older).
  • 6+ years of professional experience with computer and online tools.
  • Proven multitasking skills with phone and computer abilities.
  • Pass a pre-employment drug screening.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ year of relevant phone or email customer service experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
