The Role
As a Customer Success Associate - Live Chat Support Specialist, you'll be the initial point of contact for customers, responding to their inquiries, requests, and feedback in a timely and professional manner. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers through live chat on our clients' websites and social media accounts, providing them with accurate information, resolving issues, and offering personalized support.
Key Responsibilities:
