Responsibilities:

As a Work-at-Home Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Listening to customers, understanding their needs, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
• Utilizing systems and technology to complete account management tasks, including data entry and order processing
• Recognizing sales opportunities and applying sales skills to upgrade customer accounts

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• To be at least 18 years old
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
• The ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute)
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
• Basic understanding of Windows operating system
• Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
• The ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow-up on customer issues

Work Environment:

As a Work-at-Home Customer Service Agent, you will be working from the comfort of your own home, using a computer and telephone headset to interact with customers. You will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks.
