Our Nuuly subscription service offers customers a new way to shop, with access to a curated selection of clothing and accessories that can be rented for a fraction of the cost of buying new. As a Customer Success Associate, you'll be at the forefront of this innovative approach, helping customers navigate our platform and providing them with the support they need to get the most out of their Nuuly experience.
Role Responsibilities
As a Customer Success Associate, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service and creating seamless experiences for our customers. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Answering any and all interactions during your scheduled shift in a friendly and relatable manner
- Acting as an empowered team member, exercising decision-making skills to enhance each customer's relationship with the brand
- Being empathetic to customers' needs while understanding the business bottom line
- Collecting and sharing feedback to external teams to ensure the needs of the customers are being met
- Meeting or exceeding established daily interaction numbers every day (a minimum of 70 interactions per shift)
Role Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role
- Access to consistently stable internet connection
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to take on additional projects and support external team members to support business and customer needs
- On-the-spot, creative problem-solving skills that meet the needs of the customer and the business

- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
