Responsibilities

As an Online Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Meeting or exceeding customer service goals and KPIs set by the company, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and cooperation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication, customer service, and teamwork.
  • A hardworking and dedicated attitude, with a commitment to providing excellent customer service and exceeding customer expectations.
