Experienced Data Entry Specialist – Remote Work Opportunity at arenaflex

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of tasks and projects associated with our Clinical Adjudication and CAPAS operations. You'll be responsible for working with massive data units, identifying trends and possibilities, and collaborating with our team to discover the root cause of override issues. Your progressive and collaborative mindset will be essential in driving success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

* Working on branch projects and PA sports in a timely manner to deliver high-quality results

• Supporting CAPAS carrier catalog offerings and incorporating progressive enhancements into all elements of the CAPAS operations
• Supporting the implementation of patron PA documents at some point in the Clinical overview part of the member statistics transition process
• Collaborating with our team to identify and resolve issues, and demonstrating arenaflex values such as collaboration and accountability
• Assisting in the development and implementation of new processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness

Essential Qualifications:

* 1-2 years of analytical experience working with massive data units for projects or trending/possibility identification

• Strong understanding of data analysis and interpretation
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to articulate complex/technical ideas to non-technical/lay users
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with RxClaim, particularly adjudication associated with PA overrides

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Ability to run queries in RxClaim or Data Warehouse
• Experience using MS Access database
• Self-motivated with a strong, effective attitude
