Job Summary

As an Entry-Level Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our customer service team by accurately and efficiently entering data into our digital databases. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that customer information is up-to-date, accurate, and easily accessible. Responsibilities

As an Entry-Level Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Confidentiality and Data Security: Maintaining the confidentiality and security of customer information, adhering to arenaflex's data protection policies and procedures.
  • Data Entry and Management: Accurately and efficiently entering customer and account data into our digital databases, using touch typing skills and database management tools.
  • Data Verification and Quality Control: Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and checking output to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Research and Data Retrieval: Researching and obtaining further information for incomplete documents, using analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Data Program Techniques and Procedures: Applying data program techniques and procedures to ensure efficient and accurate data entry.
  • Reporting and Backup Operations: Generating reports, storing completed work in designated locations, and performing backup operations to ensure data integrity.
  • Document Scanning and Printing: Scanning documents and printing files, when needed, to support data entry and customer service operations.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong Computer Skills: Excellent computer skills, including touch typing and database management tools.
  • Basic Knowledge of Database Management Tools: Familiarity with database management tools and software.
  • Data Entry Speed and Accuracy: Ability to enter data quickly and accurately, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to think analytically and solve problems, using critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a data entry role is a plus, but not required.
