Responsibilities
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative / Inbound Agent, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing top-notch support to our clients, including issue resolution, answering questions, and helping clients manage their business using our solutions
- Continuously upgrading your knowledge and skills on payroll, including federal and state compliance, standard operating procedures, administrative practices, other products, and desktop support tools
- Adhering to a daily schedule and organizing yourself to deal with a high volume of inbound calls
- Collaborating with multiple business units and teams to deliver a seamless client experience
- Identifying and resolving client issues in a timely and professional manner
- Providing training and support to clients on our technology and solutions
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of client interactions and issues
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- At least one year of experience in a customer service environment or as an HR/HRIS practitioner with systems experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
- Ability to work in a metrics-driven call center environment and meet performance targets
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
- Ability to work overtime hours during peak seasons
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is a plus

Compensation and Benefits
* $22.50/hour base salary
