Responsibilities

As a Customer Service & Sales Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Demonstrating, promoting, and selling arenaflex's products and services to prospective customers
  • Strategically presenting functionality and key value propositions to prospective customers
  • Developing and fostering relationships with prospects to close sales and promote customer retention
  • Meeting and exceeding targets for new customer acquisition
  • Tracking progress and results, including recording prospect interactions and tracking goal attainment in our CRM system
  • Researching and understanding target markets, staying abreast of industry trends, best practices, and arenaflex's overall market opportunity

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 1-2 years of experience selling a product or service
  • Excellent ability to manage and build relationships with customers and prospects
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed acquisition goals
  • Advanced skills in communicating, selling, and negotiating with customers and prospects
  • Unrelenting drive to understand and meet prospective customer needs
