Responsibilities
As a Customer Service & Sales Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Demonstrating, promoting, and selling arenaflex's products and services to prospective customers
- Strategically presenting functionality and key value propositions to prospective customers
- Developing and fostering relationships with prospects to close sales and promote customer retention
- Meeting and exceeding targets for new customer acquisition
- Tracking progress and results, including recording prospect interactions and tracking goal attainment in our CRM system
- Researching and understanding target markets, staying abreast of industry trends, best practices, and arenaflex's overall market opportunity
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 1-2 years of experience selling a product or service
- Excellent ability to manage and build relationships with customers and prospects
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed acquisition goals
- Advanced skills in communicating, selling, and negotiating with customers and prospects
