Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our sales team and driving customer acquisition and satisfaction. You'll be responsible for communicating with customers, providing product and technology information, and processing new order requests. You'll also assist the sales team in analyzing and implementing innovative ways to drive customer acquisition and create a sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

* Communicate with customers directly to provide product and technology information

  • Handle all customer questions, inquiries, and objections with patience, professionalism, and ease
  • Provide tailored product and service recommendations by building strong customer relationships and identifying their wants and needs
  • Accurately input confidential customer information into our database using our POS software
  • Represent our clients in the most genuine, personable way to drive customer satisfaction and client retention
  • Assist the sales team by generating leads, creating a referral pipeline, and evaluating the sales lifecycle

Essential Qualifications

* A degree in Business, Communications, or related fields preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service Representative, serving, or sales role
  • Strong attention to detail and data entry skills
  • The ability to be versatile and flexible
  • A positive outlook, fun attitude, and enjoys interacting with others

* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including:

  • $700.00 - $1,100.00 per week
  • 8 hour shift, day shift
