Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Specialist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues related to travel insurance policies underwritten by arenaflex
- Dealing with complex medical queries and screening customers' medical conditions
- Adhering to mandatory call scripts on all calls
- Using multiple systems simultaneously to provide efficient and effective customer service
- Owning and handling FCA regulated complaints through to completion
- Identifying and recording vulnerability, where patience, empathy, and support are critical
- Complying with strict FCA regulations around compliance with a key focus on customer protection
- Maintaining a professional working environment, free from noise and distraction, as you would in an office setting
Requirements:

- Comprehensive experience within a customer service environment
- Fantastic verbal/communication skills
- Strong written skills with the ability to show attention to detail
- A good attitude and the ability to interact with lots of different people

- A good, consistent typing speed

Compensation and Benefits:
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will receive:
- A competitive salary of £22,556.82 per annum, or £12.10 per hour
