Enterprise Architect – Telecom BSS/OSS & AI Transformation
Job Title: Enterprise Architect – Telecom BSS/OSS & AI Transformation - Remote Role Summary Lead enterprise architecture strategy and drive telecom BSS/OSS transformation with AI-led automation and TM Forum ODA–aligned design. This role modernizes telecom platforms, enables autonomous operations, and ensures scalable, modular, customer-centric architecture.
Key Responsibilities
Architecture Strategy & Governance
- Define enterprise architecture vision, roadmap, standards, and principles.
- Establish governance using TOGAF / Zachman / TM Forum ODA frameworks.
- Ensure security, regulatory, and industry compliance.
Telecom Solution Architecture
- Architect and modernize:
- OSS/BSS platforms
- 5G / IoT solutions
- Core networks, IP/MPLS
- SDN/NFV and Cloud/Edge
- Define integration strategy for CRM, Billing (BRM), ERP, Data platforms.
- Drive API-first, microservices, and cloud-native architecture.
BSS Process Transformation & Automation
- Map As-Is → To-Be processes across CRM, BRM, CX.
- Enable ODA-aligned modular and componentized architecture.
- Reduce manual touchpoints and improve service flow efficiency.
AI-Driven Operations
- Implement AI/automation for:
- Intelligent routing
- Predictive operations
- Assisted decisioning
- Autonomous operations maturity
- Integrate AI with API-driven telecom ecosystems.
Business & Stakeholder Alignment
- Translate business strategy into architecture roadmaps.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, operations, and CX teams.
- Support RFPs, vendor selection, and ecosystem partnerships.
Performance & Optimization
- Define KPIs and measure architecture ROI.
- Identify cost optimization and performance improvement opportunities.
- Improve customer experience and time-to-market.
Required Experience
- 12+ years in Telecom Enterprise Architecture / Digital Transformation.
- Strong experience in OSS/BSS ecosystems.
- Proven implementation of TOGAF and TM Forum ODA.
- Experience leading large-scale modernization programs.
