Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced photo retouching, color correction, and image manipulation for various projects.
• Ensure all images adhere to brand guidelines, client specifications, and industry best practices.
• Manage and prioritize multiple photo editing projects simultaneously, consistently meeting tight deadlines.
• Collaborate effectively with photographers, graphic designers, and marketing teams to achieve desired visual outcomes.
• Organize, rename, and manage digital assets efficiently, including maintaining proper file naming conventions and archiving.
• Provide creative input and suggestions for image enhancement, visual storytelling, and overall aesthetic improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest photo editing software, tools, techniques, and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
• Conduct thorough quality assurance on all edited images before final delivery to ensure impeccable standards.
• Efficiently batch process large volumes of images while maintaining consistent high quality and detail.

Required Skills

• Expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
• Strong understanding of color theory, composition, and lighting principles.
• Proven experience in high-volume photo retouching, color grading, and complex image manipulation.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetic quality and visual consistency.
• Ability to work both independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong time management, organizational, and project prioritization skills.
• Proficiency in both Mac and PC operating environments.

Preferred Qualifications
