User Interface/User Experience Designer (UI/UX Designer) (Remote)

- *As a User Interface/User Experience Designer (UI/UX Designer), your key responsibilities will include:
- Collaborate with strategists, developers, and stakeholders to shape intuitive and engaging digital experiences
- Design user journeys, task flows, personas, and interaction models grounded in data and behavioral insights
- Produce high-fidelity mockups, responsive layouts, and component libraries using modern design tools
- Build interactive prototypes to demonstrate behavior, transitions, and workflows
- Participate in design critique, usability testing, and iterative refinement cycles
- Contribute to inclusive design practices and accessibility (WCAG) compliance
- *To be considered for the role, you must have:
- 3+ years of UI/UX design experience
working on web or digital product teams
- Proven portfolio showcasing end-to-end design thinking, from wireframes to delivered experiences
- Proficiency in
- *Figma**

- *Adobe Suite (XD, Photoshop, Illustrator)**
, or equivalent design/prototyping tools
- Working knowledge of After Effects is a plus.
- Working knowledge of any animation tools is a plus.
- Strong visual design skills, typography, and attention to detail.
- Understanding of
- *WCAG accessibility guidelines**
and responsive design principles
- Familiarity with modern front-end technologies (HTML/CSS frameworks, component libraries) is a plus
- Ability to articulate design decisions clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
