Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our customers, both in-person and over the phone. You will be the first point of contact for many of our customers, and your friendly and patient demeanor will make all the difference in their travel experience. You will work closely with our team to resolve customer issues, answer questions, and provide solutions to ensure our customers have a positive experience with arenaflex.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, both in-person and over the phone

  • Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Handle customer complaints and concerns in a friendly and empathetic manner
  • Process customer transactions, including ticket sales, baggage fees, and other services
  • Work closely with our team to resolve customer issues and provide solutions
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about arenaflex's products and services
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and standards
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide support to colleagues
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and ever-changing environment
  • Ability to meet or exceed performance metrics and standards
  • Ability to type at least 40 wpm and use a computer keyboard with accuracy and speed
  • Ability to work in a confined space and perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in the airline industry or a related field

  • Knowledge of airline operations and procedures
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to communicate effectively in a second language
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
