Job Summary
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of patient data, prescriptions, and other related information. You will work closely with our healthcare team to provide exceptional patient care and services while maintaining the highest level of data integrity and security. This is a remote work opportunity that requires a high level of independence, self-motivation, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
* Process patient data, prescriptions, and other related information accurately and efficiently
- Maintain the highest level of data integrity and security while working in a remote setting
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide exceptional patient care and services
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and arenaflex policies and procedures
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices
- Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as healthcare administration or business administration
- Current licensure as a pharmacist or ability to obtain licensure within 6 months of hire
- At least 2 years of experience in a retail pharmacy setting, including prescription filling and processing, records and legal compliance, pharmacy operations, and pharmacy software and technology systems
- Experience with data entry and processing, including accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in a related field, such as healthcare administration or business administration
- Experience with electronic health records (EHRs) and other healthcare software systems
- Certification in a related field, such as pharmacy technology or medical records
- Experience with data analysis and reporting, including the ability to interpret and present data in a clear and concise manner
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to supervise and train other team members
