Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced full stack data analyst to join our team and help us drive business growth through data-driven insights. As a data analyst at arenaflex, you'll work closely with our business stakeholders to identify key business issues and develop data-driven solutions to address them. You'll be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, creating data visualizations, and developing reports to help our business leaders make informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key business issues and develop data-driven solutions to address them
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
- Develop and maintain data visualizations, reports, and dashboards to communicate insights to business stakeholders
- Work with data engineers to design and implement data pipelines and data warehouses
- Develop and maintain data quality and governance processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to business leaders to inform strategic decisions
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop and implement data-driven solutions to improve business outcomes
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure arenaflex remains at the forefront of data analytics and business intelligence
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data visualization tools
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
- Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and data governance principles
- Experience with data quality and governance processes, including data validation and data cleansing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL
- Experience with data mining and machine learning techniques
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or D3.js
- Experience with data governance and data quality processes
- Strong understanding of business intelligence and data analytics principles
- Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Jira
