Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding pool maintenance, scheduling, and services. You'll work closely with our pool technicians and other departments to address complex customer needs and contribute to improving customer service processes and policies. Responsibilities

* Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding pool maintenance, scheduling, and services

  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally, ensuring that customers have a positive experience with our services
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, including notes and follow-up actions
  • Collaborate with pool technicians and other departments to address complex customer needs and provide solutions
  • Contribute to improving customer service processes and policies, ensuring that we're always delivering exceptional service to our customers
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Key Requirements

* Fluent, near-native level spoken English

  • Availability to work US business hours (EST)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Experience in customer service or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
  • Proficiency with common computer applications, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to learn new software quickly and adapt to new systems and processes

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, with a focus on resolving complex customer issues
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
  • Knowledge of pool maintenance is a plus, but not required – training will be provided!
