Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Trainee to join our Quality Control Team, responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and quality control. As a Customer Trainee, you'll play a critical role in maintaining our high standards of customer service, while also developing your skills and expertise in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Trainee, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Calling customers' employees to verify their job performance and provide feedback
  • Writing and submitting detailed reports to your supervisor, highlighting areas of improvement and success
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and quality control metrics
  • Collaborating with the Quality Control Team to identify and implement process improvements
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support, ensuring a positive experience for all customers

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A strong motivation to be a self-starter and take initiative in your work
  • Excellent phone and computer skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and efficiently
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly
  • Basic computer and internet skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access)
  • Familiarity with email mail merge and other productivity tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a quality control or similar role
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products or services
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
