Key Responsibilities
* 30%: Execute existing reporting and analytical tasks, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of insights to stakeholders.
- 20%: Utilize data analysis tools to create new dashboards, reports, and ad-hoc requests, providing actionable insights to drive business decisions.
- 20%: Ensure the quality of work output by demonstrating a keen attention to detail, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to enhance data analysis capabilities.
- 20%: Foster additional technical skills and domain expertise within the core functional team, staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
- 10%: Present findings in easily understandable ways, focusing on how data analysis contributes to the overall business strategy.

This position reports to a Supervisor and has no immediate reports.
Travel Requirements
Occasional travel under 10% of the time may be required.
Physical Requirements
Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position, with continuous opportunities to move about. Occasionally, there may be a need to move or lift light objects.

Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as Software Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2 years of work experience in data mining, statistical analysis, evaluation, and estimation.
- Previous direct experience in analyzing significant topics, such as Inventory Network, Marketing, Operations, etc.
Preferred Qualifications
* Work experience with SQL Server, Teradata, Prophet, or similar data set frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar software.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and data-driven decision-making processes.
