Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Travel Coordinator – Entry Level Data Entry Assistant to join our remote team. Responsibilities

As a Travel Coordinator – Entry Level Data Entry Assistant, you'll be responsible for:

  • Coordinating Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel arrangements for clients, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
  • Utilizing Booking Platforms: Utilize booking platforms and travel management systems to schedule and confirm travel plans accurately and efficiently.
  • Communicating with Clients: Communicate with clients to gather preferences, provide itinerary options, and address any questions or concerns.
  • Liaising with Vendors: Liaise with airlines, hotels, car rental agencies, and other vendors to secure reservations, negotiate rates, and arrange special accommodations.
  • Monitoring Travel Schedules: Monitor travel schedules and make adjustments as needed to accommodate changes or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Providing Travel Information: Provide clients with relevant travel information, including destination guides, visa requirements, and safety precautions.
  • Handling Cancellations: Handle cancellations, refunds, and changes to travel plans in a timely and professional manner, following established procedures.
  • Maintaining Records: Maintain detailed records of travel arrangements, payments, and client interactions in our database systems.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in travel coordination, scheduling, or related roles preferred.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric approach.
