Job Summary

As an Entry Level Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in supporting our customer service and support operations. Your primary responsibilities will include inputting data into digital databases, updating order statuses, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data. You will work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, provide support, and contribute to the overall success of our organization.

Responsibilities

* Data Entry and Management: Input data from paper documents into digital spreadsheets, update order statuses, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of our data.

  • Customer Service and Support: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Data Verification and Quality Control: Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities, and check the output to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Research and Documentation: Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents, and compile, verify, and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry.
  • Data Program Techniques and Procedures: Apply data program techniques and procedures to ensure efficient and accurate data entry.
  • Reporting and Backup Operations: Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations to ensure data security and integrity.
  • Document Scanning and Printing: Scan documents and print files, when needed, to support our data entry and customer service operations.

Requirements

* Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

  • Strong Computer Skills: Excellent computer skills, including touch typing and database management tools.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think analytically, identify problems, and develop solutions.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy and quality in all aspects of work.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Experience: Experience working in a data entry or customer service role is a plus.
