Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Support Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries via live chat, email, and/or phone in a timely and professional manner
- Resolving customer issues and concerns in a courteous, empathetic, and effective way
- Providing product information, troubleshooting assistance, and guidance to customers using Service Autopilot
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns as needed
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
- Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
