As an Evening and Weekend Virtual Sales/Scheduling/Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for:- Providing exceptional customer service and creating a personalized experience for clients, building trust and confidence in our business.
- Making a great first impression on the phone and in person, showcasing your excellent communication skills and professionalism.
- Using active listening skills to quickly determine the nature of objections and respond appropriately, ensuring customer needs are met.

Required Qualifications
To succeed as an Evening and Weekend Virtual Sales/Scheduling/Customer Service Agent, you'll need:- A minimum of 4 years of Sales or Customer Service experience, with a proven track record of success.
- Results-driven and committed to meeting individual and team goals, with a strong focus on sales and customer service excellence.
- Strong PC and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to new technologies and processes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Office experience in the following industries is a plus: Home Inspection, Carpet Cleaning, Maid Service, Handyman.
