Job Summary

We're seeking a REMOTE Live Chat Customer Support Specialist to join our team and provide exceptional support to our customers through live chat. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing personalized support to our clients. If you're a motivated and self-driven individual with excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

As a REMOTE Live Chat Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering live chats from customers and providing personalized support
  • Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing product information and recommendations to customers
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to customers

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in live chat software and customer support tools
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly
  • Ability to work 40 hours a week, Monday – Friday, 9am-6pm EST

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Experience in customer support or sales
  • Knowledge of the shipping container industry
  • Familiarity with live chat software and customer support tools
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with internal teams

Compensation and Benefits
