Job Summary

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Care Representative and Dispatcher. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing dispatch calls, and maintaining accurate records. Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions

  • Manage dispatch calls, ensuring timely completion and exceeding customer expectations
  • Enter client information, payments, and confidential data with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Maintain organized records and files, ensuring seamless communication between teams
  • Collaborate with technicians and clients to resolve issues and provide updates
  • Perform data entry tasks, including client information, payments, and confidential data
  • Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and industry developments
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements

Essential Qualifications:

* Bilingual (English/Spanish) with excellent communication skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (may be required for on-site visits)

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in a dispatch or customer service role, preferably in the roofing industry

  • Familiarity with CRM software and data entry systems
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience with conflict resolution and issue escalation
