Job Summary
As a Chat Moderator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Discord server by enforcing community guidelines, managing user behavior, and resolving conflicts. This is a part-time, remote position that offers flexibility and the opportunity to work with a talented team of like-minded individuals.
Key Responsibilities
* Moderate the chat of the official Discord server, ensuring that all interactions are respectful and adhere to community guidelines
- Delete messages that violate the rules of the Discord server
- Ban users who have multiple and repeat violations of the rules of the Discord server
- Mute users who have violated the rules of the Discord server
- Investigate reports made by users about violations of the rules of the Discord server
- Collaborate with the arenaflex team to develop and implement community engagement strategies
- Provide excellent customer service and support to users
- Stay up-to-date with community guidelines and Discord policies
Essential Qualifications
* Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Familiarity with Discord and community management principles
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in community management, moderation, or customer service
- Knowledge of social media platforms and online community engagement strategies
- Familiarity with arenaflex's mission and values
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
