The Control Management organization at arenaflex is responsible for ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our financial systems, while also driving business growth and profitability. As a Hybrid Customer Care Professional - Small Business Sales, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences, while also identifying opportunities to improve our processes and systems.

How Will You Make an Impact in This Role?

As a Hybrid Customer Care Professional - Small Business Sales, you'll be responsible for contacting clients with overdue accounts to secure the settlement of the account. You'll also work proactively to prevent future overdues with accounts that have a high exposure. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Contacting clients to discuss overdue accounts and negotiate settlement agreements
  • Identifying opportunities to prevent future overdues and implementing strategies to mitigate risk
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve complex customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Analyzing data and trends to identify areas for process improvement and implementing changes to enhance customer experience
  • Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients to drive business growth and loyalty

Minimum Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Preferred Qualifications

* 2-3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field

  • Experience working in a call center or customer-facing environment
  • Knowledge of financial services industry and products
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify trends
  • Certification in customer service or sales, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Sales Professional (CSP)
