Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Assisting our operations and customer center teams in resolving customer inquiries and issues
- Collaborating with avionics experts to tackle functional business challenges
- Working with our Load Control Center, Fuel Methodology team, and other groups to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue resolution
- Utilizing data and information to drive business decisions and improve operational efficiency
- Developing and implementing applications and efficiencies to reduce responsibility for our cutting-edge teams
- Researching and fostering techniques to determine safe and conservative fuel loads, improve airplane directing, and enhance payload gauging
What You'll Need to Succeed
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- A strong foundation in communication, project management, and teamwork
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn and grow
- Eagerness to collaborate with colleagues and influence the skill of others
- A customer-centric approach and commitment to delivering exceptional service
- High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong academic record
- Availability to work for three substituting semesters in Atlanta, GA, Monday through Friday 8AM - 5PM schedule
- Enthusiasm for a future career in the aviation industry and serving arenaflex's clients
What Will Give You an Edge
While not required, successful candidates will have:
- Familiarity with SQL, SAS, Python, R, Scene, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with carrier tasks, booking, and arranging
- History of leadership roles, including student and community associations
