The Role
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack DevOps Engineer to join our team of innovators and problem-solvers. As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a critical role in driving the development and implementation of our cloud-based applications and infrastructure. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy scalable and secure solutions that meet the needs of our customers and patients.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the development and implementation of DevOps strategies, including the design and deployment of cloud-based applications and infrastructure
- Establish and maintain DevOps best practices, including version control, code review, automated testing, and deployment pipelines
- Design and implement infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or similar
- Execute and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, CircleCI, or similar to ensure fast and reliable application deployment
- Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure that our solutions meet industry best practices and regulatory requirements
- Monitor and analyze DevOps pipelines and practices, identifying areas for improvement and recommending changes to improve deployment consistency and accuracy
- Stay up-to-date with emerging data technologies, trends, and best practices, and recommend their adoption within our DevOps environment
- Coach and mentor junior colleagues, promoting a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience working in cloud environments, including GCP, Azure, or AWS, and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
- Proficiency in infrastructure as code concepts and tools, such as Terraform and Ansible
- Experience with CI/CD pipeline tools, such as Jenkins and CircleCI, and version control systems, like Git
- Strong programming skills in languages like Python, Java, or similar
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to investigate complex DevOps stage issues and provide effective solutions
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with monitoring and logging tools, such as Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, and Cloud Logging Solutions
- Knowledge of security best practices in DevOps, including experience with vulnerability scanning, compliance frameworks, and secure deployment practices
- Leadership experience, including mentoring and directing junior colleagues, is a plus
