Job Summary
We're seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our remote call center team in Kansas City. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving issues efficiently, and meeting performance goals. Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls to advise customers on benefits and resolve their inquiries and issues
- Responding to consumer inquiries and owning issues to ensure timely resolution
- Providing education and status on previously submitted documents and requests
- Meeting performance goals in areas of efficiency, call quality, customer satisfaction, first call resolution, and attendance
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer experiences
- Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
Requirements
To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:
- 1 year of customer service experience with the same company (call center experience is a plus)
- Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills
- Empathetic and good listening skills
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to clear a background check
- Previous sales or benefits experience is ideal
- Bilingual in Spanish/English (optional, with a higher hourly rate of $18)
Preferred Qualifications
